This notice explains what Clearwater Joinery Limited does with the information you send us. It was last reviewed in November 2024.

What we collect

Only what you send us yourself: your name, the address of the job, and a phone number or email so we can reply. This site has no forms and no analytics, so nothing is collected while you read it.

Why we keep it

To quote the work, to carry it out, and to keep the records our accountant and our insurer require. Quotes and invoices are kept for six years.

Who else sees it

Our accountant, and a supplier when a part has to be delivered to your address. We do not sell or share contact details with anyone else.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@gm.threadboost.top. We answer within a month.
